All the lovely stuff we sell is handmade to order, this means we need a bit of time to get it all done for you. Because of this, we say it will take a couple of weeks for your personally handmade art glass to arrive at your door.
Sometimes we are able to deliver within 7 days, however we cannot guarantee this, so we generally say please allow two weeks for delivery.
The good news is that we offer free delivery on all UK orders!

We try to charge as little as possible for delivery outside of the UK, as we know that you'd prefer to spend your money on great gifts for others and lovely stuff for yourself. We don't like paying for postage either. So we are working on finding a way to send our stuff outside of the UK for less than we do at the moment.
If you live in the EU then delivery times are pretty similar to the UK, however sometimes there can be extra delays in delivery as our parcels to you have to cross a few nations to get to you! So, if you're in the EU please allow three weeks from placing your order to your personally handmade art glass arriving at your door.
Prices for delivery to EU nations are - £15.95 for all orders.
For orders from the rest of the world (we're looking at you US, AUS, NZ and Vanuatu) then we generally find that delivery times will be a bit longer than for the UK. So, if you're out there in that great big expanse we call "Rest Of World!" please allow three weeks from placing your order to your personally handmade art glass arriving at your door.

So, this is the bit where we try and sort out any issues you might have with your order.
We want you to be completely happy with the stuff that we make and so if you are disappointed with what has turned up or we have failed to meet your expectations in some way then we would really like to try and sort it out as soon as possible.
Whatever your situation is and however you feel that things haven't quite gone as you expected, we ask that you would please immediately get in touch with us. We can discuss your issue and find a good solution.
If we all agree that something needs to be returned then we will send you a free returns postage label so you won't have to pay to send it back to us.
We generally say you have 14 days from receiving your products to return them to us, if you are a tiny bit outside of this time, please do get in touch and we'll try and work it out with you.
All of our handmade glass items contain minor flaws such as bubbles, colour variations, designs with slight variations from product photos and small inclusions. Please understand that these features are inherent in the products we make and as such form an integral part of their design and manufacture, so we can't automatically receive returns based solely on these features being present. As we always say though, we want you to be happy and if we haven't met your expectations in some way, please do get in touch and we'll try and help you out.
We are not able to offer returns for products that have been personalised, as they have been custom made especially for you. Even though this is the case, if there is something you are not happy with we'd really, really like to hear about it. Your feedback helps make sure we're doing our best in communicating to our customers what to expect, when we hand make a personalised item for them.
