So, this is the bit where we try and sort out any issues you might have with your order.
We want you to be completely happy with the stuff that we make and so if you are disappointed with what has turned up or we have failed to meet your expectations in some way then we would really like to try and sort it out as soon as possible.
Whatever your situation is and however you feel that things haven't quite gone as you expected, we ask that you would please immediately get in touch with us. We can discuss your issue and find a good solution.
If we all agree that something needs to be returned then we will send you a free returns postage label so you won't have to pay to send it back to us.
We generally say you have 14 days from receiving your products to return them to us, if you are a tiny bit outside of this time, please do get in touch and we'll try and work it out with you.
All of our handmade glass items contain minor flaws such as bubbles, colour variations, designs with slight variations from product photos and small inclusions. Please understand that these features are inherent in the products we make and as such form an integral part of their design and manufacture, so we can't automatically receive returns based solely on these features being present. As we always say though, we want you to be happy and if we haven't met your expectations in some way, please do get in touch and we'll try and help you out.
We are not able to offer automatic returns for products that have been personalised, as they have been custom made especially for you. Even though this is the case, if there is something you are not happy with we'd really, really like to hear about it. We can probably do something and your feedback also helps make sure we're doing our best in communicating to our customers what to expect, when we hand make a personalised item for them.
